Answer: A wet lease gets you what is known as ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance & insurance); you pay by the hours operated. You also pay for fees such as landing fees, duty, fuel, taxes etc. Often used by airlines when they have more business on their plates than their fleet can handle. How much it costs? A lot, basically, Each lease is subject to keen negotiation, so there's no "going rate". I know of an A310-300 currently on ACMI lease at $4,000 per month, if that gives an idea.
