Question: It is the lower,back part of my neck,along with a slight headache.
Answer: It could be down to stress, but i would also look at how you sit at work, that is if you have a desk job. I had incredible pain last year, and after having massages and getting a new matress a friend of mine told me to change the chair i have at work. I bought an Aeron chair and although expensive i have no back pain, so it is worth 20times what i paid for it.
