Answer: I hope you dont have that exact one, because it says in the desr. that it is non-functional. I only use Taiyo-Yuden DVD-Rs, they are the best. Get them at http://www.supermediastore.com. You player also may just not be able to play DVD-R's. Many cheaper players have this problem. Burn them at the slowest speed your burner can go too. Or try switching to DVD+R's and see if that works
